Guarantee:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days. We will provide a refund (Less shipping & handling) on all items that are returned in new and unused condition. All returns must include ALL original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot return items that have been used or do not have all the original packaging. We do not accept returns on used parts.

How to make a return:
Please contact us via email with details about your return (name, address, order number, reason for return, etc.) and we will issue a RMA number.

Shipping:
All orders will ship via UPS or Fedex within 24-48 hours. We ship daily MON-FRI. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

International Shipping:
RSXstore.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your government. We don't charge customs fees, the government may or may not charge fees depending on the country.

Backorder:
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you via email as soon as we can.

Damaged Shipment :
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact our offices within 24 hours and save all boxes, packing material, etc. We will file an insurance claim and promptly resolve the situation with a new un-damaged item.

These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads or highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Check your local and federal laws prior to purchase! Installation of performance products may void a vehicles warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Further, all engine parts, and electrical components are sold AS IS and may not be returned. Re-sellers, installers and end users assume all costs and risk associated with these items.
